Efficient Financial Management Solutions
We offer financial management solutions for small service-type businesses to help you save time and money. Communication with clients is conducted through a secure server. Clients typically supply us with a bank statement, a list of checks and/or disbursements, and a list of client invoices/amounts/deposits. We enter the bookkeeping data into our QuickBooks desktop system and provide you with monthly customized reports and a .QBW backup file.

Bookkeeping Services Available
Our team provides experienced bookkeeping services to small Schedule C service-type businesses with revenues less than $250,000 per year. We have been using QuickBooks Desktop since 1989, when it was originally known as QuickBooks for DOS.

QuickBooks Desktop Specialists
We specialize in QuickBooks Desktop services (version 2024) for small Schedule C provider businesses. Please note, we do not process payroll for bookkeeping clients, we also do not work with businesses carrying inventory, and we never access your bank account(s) electronically. Everything is accomplished using a secure server to receive and send data and reports.
